He was caring and thorough throughout the procedure and postoperatively. As of 9 days post-op, I am doing great! My eyesight is perfect, and I do not have problems with dry eye. Thank you, Omaha Eye!”
“I had LASIK completed two weeks ago. I’m amazed at how quick the recovery time has been and how well I can see. All members of the team were so helpful! I never once felt rushed through the day because of this either. Overall, I appreciate everyone on the team so much!”

With millions of successful procedures worldwide, LASIK is the most trusted path to lasting visual freedom. Our state-of-the-art laser technology precisely treats nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism, so you can wake up tomorrow and see the world with new clarity.

LASIK is a vision correction procedure powered by two of the most advanced lasers in modern ophthalmology. First, a femtosecond laser, operating at one quadrillionth of a second per pulse, creates a precise corneal flap with an accuracy that blades simply cannot match. An excimer laser then reshapes the underlying corneal tissue with microscopic precision, guiding light to focus exactly where it should on the retina. The flap is repositioned to serve as a natural bandage, and the entire procedure is complete in under thirty minutes. Most patients notice dramatically improved vision within one to three days.
For patients who want the most advanced outcome available, we offer iLASIK, a fully bladeless, fully customized procedure that sets a new standard in laser vision correction. iLASIK combines the iDesign wavefront-guided system with the IntraLase iFS femtosecond laser to map and treat your vision with a level of detail that standard LASIK, and even glasses or contacts, cannot achieve. By targeting higher-order aberrations unique to your eye, iLASIK delivers sharper, more precise results tailored entirely to you.
The best way to find out is with a personalized consultation. Generally, good candidates are 18 or older, have had stable vision for at least a year, are not pregnant or nursing, and do not have conditions like cataracts, glaucoma, or severe dry eye. If LASIK isn't the right fit, our team will walk you through other options, including EVO ICL, PRK, or Refractive Lens Exchange, to find the best path to clear vision for you.
EVO ICL is a biocompatible lens that works in harmony with your eye's natural chemistry to deliver crisp, vivid vision. Fully reversible, completely maintenance-free, and built for those who want outstanding clarity, including enhanced night vision and built-in UV protection, without changing their natural eye structure.
A time-tested procedure ideal for those who may not qualify for LASIK. PRK uses advanced laser technology to gently reshape the cornea and correct nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism, delivering the same outstanding clarity through a different approach.
If reading glasses have become part of your daily routine, RLE offers a lasting way out. By replacing your eye's natural aging lens with premium IOL technology, RLE delivers clear, comfortable vision at every distance; no readers, no trade-offs, no looking back.
