We have been made aware that UHC and UMR sent out letters to many of our patients stating that our doctors are no longer in-network. This was an error.
We have been ensured that they are working as quickly as possible to correct their mistake and will be sending out corrected letters to patients.
Please know that all doctors at Omaha/Lincoln Eye & Laser Institute are still, and will continue to be, in-network with United Healthcare and UMR.
We apologize for any confusion this has caused.
Please Note: These letters may have been sent to patients with other health plans that have the “UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus” network logo on the bottom of their cards. UHC and UMR are the most common plans in this network.
